Visits

Normally Councillors will visit all of the Ward  checking to see that the Council have fulfilled their obligations , Parks, lighting , pot holes , Pavenments , fly tipping, disabled issues, tree Problems , dog  mess, Schools , nursery places, Senior citizens rights , Planning ,the list seem at times endless .
When we are contacted we will ensure that the right officers are informed , then feed back the information to residents and follow up any complaints to ensure that the Council policies are implemented .
Apart from the above Cllrs attended on average around three evening meetings per week and sometimes more during the day such as business meetings, Pre agenda meetings , Group Meetings .
There are Planning meetings , neibourhood meetings and so on.
We then visit residents at their request and put out survay questionnaires so that we know what your requirements are .
