Once more someone posing as a council official gained entry into a local house whilst two other men got through the back window. a few days later it happened again.

Please remember the rules, do not leave anyone into your house, if they say they are from an gas , electric , water board or Council, DO NOT LET THEM IN, ask them to wait outside CLOSE THE DOOR and make a telephone call to the company or authority to check, and ask a neighbour to call round. if you have any doubts call the Police, golden rule is only let someone in by appointment,
